It's that time of year again. It's that time of year where you've been home or away from school for just too long. You start to miss the little things from when you were back on campus. Here are some signs that you're ready to get back to PC.
1. Miss the beautiful campus.
One of the best things about PC is how beautiful the campus is. Being able to wake up and be living on such a scenic campus is really just priceless.
2. Miss having all your friends so close by.
Living in a dorm, you start to take for granted how close your friends are. Going home for the summer means friends go from being a couple doors down the hall away to being miles or even a couple states away. So of course, you can not wait to have them close by again!
3. Ready for Shucking and Shagging!
Shucking and Shagging is one of the very first events back on campus. There is no other better way to start the new school year than with this Blue Hose tradition.
4. Cannot wait to see the new Neville renovations.
You have been hearing about it all summer, on Yik Yak, on the PC social media pages, and maybe from some people who stayed on campus for the summer, but now you finally get to see it for yourself!
5. Miss Studying out on the lawn.
Studying seems so much more pleasant outside while you're soaking up that South Carolina sunshine or sitting under a tree, doesn't it?
6. You miss your roommate.
One of the biggest things you miss right now is probably your roommate. Who else is supposed to help me pick out my outfits and help me figure out what to do with my hair?
7. Miss going over to Springs for late night.
Late night is a large part of life at PC. Staying up late just isn't the same without being able to head over to Springs for a late night snack.
8. Miss being able to walk around campus.
Being away from PC, you miss the simple things, like walking around campus. Think of all the fun you could have if you were to walk around campus right now!
9. Miss the PC community
The biggest thing that makes PC special is its sense of community. PC is so warm and welcoming it's hard not to be excited to get back!
