I don't know about you, but every time I watch a superhero movie like "X-Men" or "Spider-Man," and especially after seeing the new "Deadpool" movie, I always end up wishing I had their super powers to get me through the day or just life in general. It just makes me think how it would make things easier. Here are just nine reasons why we college students could really use some help with super powers.

1. Flying

It would save us a ton of money on gas, there would be no more sitting in traffic and we wouldn't have to spend hours looking for a parking spot. You might as well sell your car because your ticket to school is the sky.

2. Invisibility

Imagine this: you're walking down the breezeway and want to avoid those pesky pamphlets being thrown your way and get to class without talking to anyone. Switch your invisibility on and walk down that breezeway in peace knowing no one can both bother you at all.

3. Reading Minds

This can help many college students in many ways. For instance, making sure you're not wasting your time on the wrong people. Like seeing if your friend really did keep that secret you told her or what your boyfriend/girlfriend really did do last Friday night.

4. Time Travel

Wanna go back in time to retry that test you failed? Then just use your super powers, and maybe fix a few other things in the past while you're at it... Like those middle school days.

5. Time Control

Being a college student means you have to have time for a social life, sleep and your classes. And the simple solution for all three of these would be time control. Whether it's freezing time or adding a few extra hours to the day, it sure is helping you out in the end.

6. Shapeshifting

You know that person you try to avoid after a bad date or just try to stay away from in general. Well, why not just morph into another person and have one less problem in your life?

7. The Power To Heal

No one wants to deal with the aftermath from the gym the next day, especially when it's leg day. (Ouch!) Why not just heal your body the next day? That way, you're actually able to move your muscles and not walk like you have a stick up your you-know-where.

8. Telepathy

Being able to communicate with your friends outside of class would be cool and your professor would not be able to call you out for texting. So, just communicate with one another through your minds.

9. Weather Manipulation

Nobody wants to walk to their classes in the rain, so weather manipulation gives us the power to clear the skies and get to class dry. You could either make it time to hit up the beach or maybe give Florida a few snow days for the first time ever.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
