9 Makeup Products You Don't Own Yet But You Should

1) Hudda Beauty Eyeshadow Palette- Rose Gold edition

Okay this is not the cheapest palette, but it has every color you need. Like this can be the only eyeshadow palette you ever need, because naked isn't all that (sorry don't kill me).

2) Kat Von D Contour Platte

This palette is the best for contour. You can use the shades alone or you can mix them up. It blends so easily and isn't so powdery. I will continue to purchase this as long as I'm alive. Kat von d has the best contour palette for face and eyes.

3) Clinique Chubby Sticks

These sticks are perfect for a beginner they blend so easy and they come in highlight colors too!

4) Becca Shimmering Skin Perfecter

I first started with the Shimmering Skin Perfecter in Champagne Pop then picked up Moonstone, Rose Gold, and the travel size of Opal. I am absolutely in love with these highlighters! You only need to use a tiny bit, and it definitely goes a long way. I like to buff it onto my skin with a brush. It's so pigmented and absolutely gorgeous.

5) Morphe Brushes

These brushes are the best bang for your buck quality prices and not crazy prices; you can even join the brush of the month club to grow your collection.

6) Lip+ Cheek- MILK makeup

I first received a sample of this in a coral color. I loved it enough to order the full size. I ordered the mauve color because I wanted something a little darker than the coral color. I was shocked at the size of this when I took it out of the box. Yes, it's $24 but it's a huge tube when you order the full size. Feels great on my cheeks and lips. No more brushes for my cheeks! It only seems to last a few hours, so you do have to reapply. However, I love the color and smell. LOVE IT!

7) Bobbi Brown To Glow Shimmer Brick Palette

This shimmer brick palette is so pretty. The gold one I use it as my highlighter, the pink one I use it as a blush topper glow and the bronze one is a little to dark for my fair skin, but I use it on top of my bronzer for a luminous look. You can get this palette for a lot more cheaper on the Mercari App. Search For MakeUp.Addicted!

8) Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner

Its so easy to use, so pigmented and dries fast and doesn't smudge at all.

9) Benefit Cosmetics- Hoola Matte Bronzer

This is the best bronzer I've ever had. I love that there isn't any glitter or sparkles in it and that it's completely matte. It looks very natural and this one box will last you FOREVER. (Like atleast a year - which may or may not be gross, but idc I love it too much to throw it out.) I've worn this with and without any sort of foundation or tinted moisturizer and it still looks nice. Looks nice on lots of skin tones. A few of my friends have this as well and we all love it!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
