We Millennials are under a lot of fire. People are saying we're lazy and ruining society. Well, next time someone says that to you, point them to one of these fine ladies that are truly an inspiration.
1. Emma Watson
You may have seen this picture floating around the internet. If you don't know, Emma Watson played Hermione Granger in Harry Potter. When she saw this 5-year-old boy dressed up as Harry Potter for Halloween, she stopped him and said, "Are you Harry Potter? That's great, because I'm Hermione Granger and we're the best of friends..."
2. Selena Gomez
You gotta show the world this video
As you can see, Selena brings up one of her tiny fans to sing with her, but the reason why is even more touching. At 1:40, you can see her telling the security guards to leave the little girl alone after they had, apparently, not been treating the little girl well.
3. Taylor Swift
T-Swift not only crashed a megafan's bridal shower, but brought along a few presents including a hand-made watercolor! If that isn't fan-dedication, I don't know what is.
4. Jennifer Lawrence
I don't know if there has ever been a more real celebrity than J. Law. What do I mean? Well, here's a video.
5. Zendaya
Zendaya clad in her inspiring beauty. This girl made it. As soon as she debuted on Disney Channel, the media ate her up. Everyone wanted a little Zendaya in their life. She still remains classy, and, not to mention, a fashion icon.
6. Carrie Underwood
Carrie Underwood has a genuine heart — that's not too hard to tell. When she heard that a police dog in her town had contracted heartworms, she had to step in. QPolitical tells us:
"Underwood then managed to hear about this whole situation, and then committed to auctioning 2 guitars off to collectors, effectively raising enough money to pay off the amount of medical bills that had overcome Kevin and his family."
7. Demi Lovato
Demi... What can I say about this girl? She's just amazing. She proves that no matter what your struggle may be, you can achieve. She wrestles with self-harm, Bipolar Disorder, and an eating disorder. She talks about these things openly, and therefore, inspires people to do the same.
8. Adele
Adele is the queen of body positivity.
“I’ve never wanted to look like models on the cover of magazines. I represent the majority of women and I’m very proud of that.”
9. Pink
Pink is inspiring because she isn't afraid to show her edgy side, and she shows young people that they don't have to be either. But, at the same time, she contains herself, she isn't a pop star who needs to be reined in, she's edgy, and she does it on purpose.
