Almost everyone finds the monotony in our daily lives boring, and one of the most common monotonous tasks in our day is eating. I know many people love eating food (myself included,) but have you ever wondered how you could take it a step further and enjoy it even more? If you have, there is only one way to enjoy your meals more: food challenges. These challenges can be anything from size to spice level of the food, and by the time you're done, you'll realize you just ate a meal, while having a lot more fun, so here are some challenges that you must try if you live in Georgia.

1. Las Flores' El Burrito Chingon Challenge

This eight pound burrito is most likely one of the hardest challenges in the list. You have to eat the entire burrito made from four tortillas, beef, chicken and various other fillings in an hour or under in order to win, but if you do win the burrito is free (when it's usually $40) and you get a picture on the wall of fame.

2. Big Pie in the Sky Carnivore Challenge

In this challenge, you get 1 hour to eat an 11 pound, 30 inch pizza that is covered with meaty toppings. However, you are allowed a partner who can help you take on the challenge. If you complete the challenge in time, you get a picture on the wall of fame for $250, but the pizza isn't free.

3. Amici Cafe's Wings of Pain Challenge

In this challenge you have ten minutes to each just 12 wings. This seems simple enough, right? Unfortunately not - the wings are covered in their spiciest sauce, and you have to endure five minutes of after-burn in order to win the challenge. If you do, you get the meal for free, a t-shirt and a photo on their "wall of pain".

4. The Pho King Challenge

If you decide to go to the So Ba Vietnamese Restaurant, you could order fairly normal Vietnamese food, or you could order this six pound pho dish, which contains two pounds of meat, broth and vegetables and noodles respectively. If you complete this challenge in one hour you get a free meal, t-shirt, a $100 gift card and a picture on the wall of fame.

5. Bone Lick BBQ’s Fat Ass Muff Challenge

This massive sandwich filled with pulled pork, beef brisket, sausage and boneless ribs as well as 1 pound of collard greens, cheese and sauces weighs in at a hefty 6.6 pounds. If you're able to complete this challenge in the allotted hour, your meal is free and you get a picture on the wall of fame.

6. LoriBell’s Big Dog Custard Challenge

This challenge is the only sweet one on the list, but that doesn't mean that it's the easiest by any means. If you can eat 2.2 pounds of ice cream in just five minutes, you've completed the challenge, and you win a free shirt and a ten dollar gift card.

7. Umaido’s 4 Bowl Ramen Challenge

You have 15 minutes to complete this challenge, and this might make you think that this makes it easier, but it most definitely doesn't. In this challenge you have to eat four bowls of ramen weighing 4.5 pounds, and if you finish it, you get differing prizes depending on how fast you finish the bowls.

8. Papa Buck’s Pigzilla Sandwich Challenge

This 4.5 pound sandwich is filled with just pulled pork, and although you can add whatever sauces you'd like, the task is still daunting. However it doesn't come without rewards. If you can complete the challenge in 45 minutes you get the meal for free and money from the cash pot.

9. The Brett’s Beast Burger Challenge

The patty on this burger itself is four pounds and with additional toppings and sauces, the total goes up to a massive 6 pounds. If you complete this meal in an hour, the meal is free and you get a picture on the wall of fame.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
