Sex and the City will always be iconic for it’s sage advice. Whether they help you through a breakup, getting to confidence to go for it, or even finding the right outfit, Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha are always there for you. While I find many of Carrie’s outfits a tad too bold for myself I still admire her style and her advice.

“Balls are to men, what purses are to women. It’s just a little bag, but we’d feel naked in public without it.”

Constantly guys will ask why girls need so many purses and why they cant just use one. Every outfit has its own purse needs, whether its a brown tote or a black cross body every outfit is distinct. No girl should ever go without the perfect bag.

“I like my money right where I can see it…hanging in my closet.”

Everyone gets criticized at one point or another for shopping too much but what’s the point of saving all this money and never using it? Every girl should be able to see their hard work hanging in their closets.

“Shopping is my cardio.”

I, like many others, can shop literally until I drop. If someone asks me gym or mall I’ll choose mall every time. Honestly though if you think about it you take a few laps around the mall and use the stairs that basically qualifies as exercise.

“I’m not afraid of heights…have you seen my shoes?”

In my opinion and clearly in Carrie’s mind there’s no heel too high. Every girl no matter her height has the right to strut her stuff in sky-high heels if she pleases. Plus higher the heel higher the confidence, right?

“You shouldn’t have to sacrifice who you are just because somebody else has a problem with it.”

With all the different trends there are today it’s ridiculous for people to be judging others styles, If you want to wear something then you do you.

“Maybe the best any of us can do is not to quit, play the hand we’ve been given, and accessorize the outfit we've got.”

We’ve all had the dilemma of finding the perfect outfit and then settling on our go-to but worrying that people will recognize the outfit. Accessories are a life-changer. Just by switching up the accessories you can make it a whole new outfit.

“I will never be the woman with the perfect hair who can wear white and not spill on it.”

This could not be truer to my life. I love wearing white because in my opinion it’s easy to match with other things and it looks classy but I will always spill something and you know what, who cares.

“With no man in sight, I decided to rescue my ankles from the life of boredom.”

A shoe splurge is always a good idea. Whether it’s a break up, a new job, a hot date or anything really, you should always treat yourself with a new pair of shoes.

“Just get me a really big closet”

After all, you need a big closet to keep all your things in. Who doesn’t love seeing the huge closets on Pinterest with an entire wall of shoes?

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
