1. Talk about ideas instead of people
Gossip less and spread positive energy more. I promise you'll go to sleep feeling a million times more satisfied.
2. Go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier everyday
There's no greater feeling than waking up refreshed and energized.
3. Smile more
It won't kill ya.
4. Be active
I'm not saying you have to go out and run a half marathon, but a nice afternoon walk or jog might do the trick.
5. Set goals for yourself
Give yourself a list of things you want to accomplish and STICK TO IT.
6. Do a good deed for someone else
A family member, a friend, a stranger, anyone.
7. Learn or do something completely new
Life can get boring doing the same thing everyday. Try something new even if it's out of your comfort zone.
8. Don’t feel bad about putting yourself first
It doesn't mean you're selfish. It means your smart enough to know you can't help others if you can't help yourself first.
