What's better than a little Nathan and Haley?

"One Tree Hill" isn't just a show, it's a way of life. Okay, maybe not, but it's still really good and easily addictive. You think you're just going to watch one episode, and then before you know it, you're three seasons deep. It happens to the best of us. And while all of the main characters are great, I always found myself wanting to see more of Haley, just because she had Nathan Scott's attention.

1. Wedding number one

Understandably jealous, because she gets to marryNathan Scott. Pretty self explanatory.

2. Wedding number two

As if I wasn’t jealous enough the first time she got to marry Nathan Scott, but again? This girl must have been Mother Teresa in her past life, because Haley gets to be the luckiest girl in the world, twice. And the vows were actually super cute.

3. Nathan and Haley’s first kiss

I’m not so sure that this scene would happen any place other than on TV, but it’s cute, so we’ll allow it. Haley is mad at Nathan and tells him there is nothing he can do to make her not mad, and so what does he do? He shuts her up by kissing her. Swoon.

4. Drunk on the beach

Perfect little Haley James decides not to be so perfect for once. Nathan convinces her to skip school for the rest of the day, and of course, the only logical thing to do is for Nathan to steal a car from his dad’s car dealership. Once they get to the beach house, the two love birds get nice and liquored up. It is pretty evident that they’re just having fun and not really taking much seriously. Haley also vomits all over Dan Scott. So, level up for Haley.

5. When Nathan tells her he’s in the NBA

I actually think this was my favorite "Naley" moment out of all nine seasons. When Nathan tells her he got called up to the Charlotte Bobcats, both of them are crying, and you can just tell Haley is so proud of her man. She’s also probably tearing up thinking about that paycheck.

6. “Don’t say I never gave you anything.”

Probably the most notable encounter the two had on the show. Nathan is still in his jerk phase, and Haley is still in her tutor girl phase, and neither of them could possibly fathom the idea of spending the rest of their lives together. When he gives her the cracker jack bracelet, little did either of them know that would be the beginning of a relationship that all of Netflix would soon eat right up. Kidding. But it was actually a really sweet moment.

7. Nathan tells Haley she is his dream

During the whole Renee scandal, Haley has no idea what or who to believe. Haley, being Haley, tells Nathan that she doesn’t want him to lose his dream of playing in the NBA. And then Nathan, being the perfect human he is, says that his dream is right in front of him and he would never lose her. Major heart eye emojis.

8. Any time she was with him

Literally anytime she was just with Nathan, I just wanted to be Haley.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
