The Five Love Languages, written by Gary Chapman, is a phenomenon of a book that has sold over 10 million copies world wide. In the book, Chapman breaks down his concept that every person has a 'love language,' which means, everyone has a way that they love other people and a way that they want to be loved in return. As the title of the book states, there are 5 love languages, which are:
1. Words of Affirmation
2. Acts of Service
3. Receiving Gifts
4. Quality Time
5.Physical Touch
If you don't know your love language yet, or you're interested in learning about the other languages, you can find it out by taking a short quiz online.

Well, as a words-of-affirmationer, I would like to say that those negative thoughts about the love language are completely false. If you have Words of Affirmation as your love language, then you very well know that it's much deeper than hearing "you're so pretty" or even an "I love you."
So, if you're trying to learn how to love someone that has Words of Affirmation as their love language or if you have the love language yourself, then here are a few things that you know to be true!
