Growing up in the 2000's was pretty cool. We got to own the coolest toys, gadgets and games. Secretly we wish we could still own those kind of things. Let's take a walk down memory lane, and cry a little because we got rid of our cool toys we thought we wouldn't want anymore. Little did we know, we'd make it a full circle, and we'd want those toys again just to reminisce
1. Video Now
This was so cool because let's face it, we could watch a 20 minute episode of our favorite show where ever we wanted. We didn't care how big it was, inconvenient, or how small the screen was. We just thought watching Sponge Bob wherever we wanted was the coolest thing ever.
2. A Livestrong bracelet
Let's face it, we all begged our parents for this yellow rubber bracelet. If we didn't have it, we were social outcasts at school, and we did not want that.
3. Our first iPod
Complete with all the hits, including Soulja Boy and Smashmouth.
4. The See-Through Phone
Of course this was so practical and we needed it so badly.
5. The Password Journal
We could play Spyro, and Crash for hours, without stopping. Addicted? Maybe.
7. The Original Sims games
We loved to start fires, make relationships, and make ourselves rich using cheats. We thought life we be just like the sims games, ha ha ha.
8. Rollercoaster Tycoon
We all thought we were the best park designers ever. We also lived to make roller costsers without an end and do a few test runs to see the cars blow up. We were morbid ok.
9. Hitclips
Because who doesn't love 15 seconds of a song for the same price as a full length CD? Also, the whole 1 headphone thing was kind of cool.
10. Our Robot Dog
Because our household's family pet was not cool enough.
11. A wonder ball
Who knew a ball of hollow chocolate with small sugary candies were such an important staple.
We can't help but wish we still had these amazing toys, but who knows. Maybe one day, they will make a comeback.
