8 Tell-Tale Signs That You're Totally Your Mother's Daughter
E!

"You're just like your mom!" "Wow! You and your mother are like the same person!" "You're going to be just like your mother when you're older!"

I get variations of these from other people. The woman raised me, so how couldn't I be like her. I mean, if I had to be similar to anyone, it would definitely be my mother. If I am half the person she is, I would be very happy with my life. I can slowly see myself turning into the woman that my mom is. It's kind of scary how homogeneous we are.

Here's 8 classic signs that confirm you're turning into your mom, too:

1. You're starting to look alike.

You're basically twins. The older you get, the more you resemble her. Same haircut, same classes, same figure, same everything!

2. You have the same organization tendencies as her.

You both enjoy organizing anything, whether it be our closets, bedrooms, or planners. Everything has to be clean and neat for you both to function.

3. You parent your own siblings like her.

You tend to nag at them just like she would. You're basically their second parent.

4. You're going into the same profession as her.

What can you say? You've always admired her and her work, so why not do it too?

5. You tend to have the same mannerisms.

Maybe you do tend to wave at people on your road like she does, say the same phrases, or both sit in odd positions.

6. You care for people the same way she does.

You learned from the best. The love she has for you and others has been passed down to how you love.

7. You tend to pick out the same clothing in stores.

I guess Mom does have good taste (don't tell my mom I said that)

8. You like to eat the same food and drink the same drinks.

You know have a cup of coffee every morning to start your day.

I love you, Mom!

5 Untold Struggles Of The Short Friend

I'm the Short Friend. I've been the Short Friend since about the seventh grade. I'm the one who stands in the front of the photos, gets made fun of for their height, and still shops in the kids department.

This article is not for the Almost Short Friends, i.e. the 5'3" and 5'4" Friends. No no, this is for the Actually Short Friends, i.e. the Barely Scraping 5'1" and shorter Short Friends.

11 Things All Call Center Workers Can Empathize With Better Than Anyone
Youtube

This semester I started my journey as a member of my University's Alumni Outreach Team. This means a lot of things, but primarily it means that I get to make phone calls to parents and alumni two nights a week to update contact information, collect things like business cards and volunteer hours, and even ask for money.
