8 Stages of Reuniting With Long Distance Friends

College is an amazing time to meet new friends; however, that doesn't mean you replace your OG squad. Life can get crazy and sometimes, before you know it, it's been months since you've seen them. When you finally do get together, these 8 things are sure to happen.

1. At first, it doesn't feel real that you're finally together

It's been so long and you're finally with them!

2. Everything you needed to talk to them about flies away from your mind

I know I had a million things to talk about but now I can't think of a single one

3. Once you start talking though, you don't stop

Wait, we started talking 10 hours ago? Where does the time go?

4. You laugh way too much at the little things

That thing probably wouldn't be funny to anyone else but it made us laugh for 10 minutes

5. You probably eat way too much food

You go get food and then back out for ice cream and of course what's a movie night without snacks?

6. You reminice on all the old times

It's not that I want to go back to that time. It's just that I miss seeing these people every day.

7. You realize just how much you miss them

Sometimes you just stop and think "Wow, I miss these people so much"

8. You hate saying goodbye

You wish you could go back and never take the times where you saw them every day for granted

Without these characters, women would still be sitting in the background of our favorite shows. These women are not only trailblazers for female empowerment, but role models for women worldwide. With that, here are 15 of the smartest, sassiest ladies gracing our screens that remind us that women do, indeed, rule:
