8 Signs He Might Be A 'Chad'

You probably have met a 'Chad' like the one from Season 12 of "The Bachelorette."

"The Bachelorette" has gotten heated early -- from the beautiful men to the outdoor dates to the drama? You'd think with guys there would be less, but oh no there is much more. And it all seems to stem from one guy... Chad Johnson.

The truth is we've all met a Chad Johnson. A loose cannon who thinks he knows the way to your heart. He is everywhere, but there are plenty of signs that he's a 'Chad.' So let's break down the warning signs.

1. The crooked smile.

The 'Chad' has a way of making you believe everything he says by just smiling. It's haunting yet invigorating. Do not let it fool you. This is the first warning sign because he usually flashes it first. Be sure to recognize early, and sift through the far from the truth lines and the much more believable.

2. Talks down every guy in the place.

If he starts off a conversation with a diss of another guy:

This is a definite sign he's a 'Chad.' There's plenty to talk about on the first couple of dates (especially first impressions), so if he continues to down other people, tell that boy bye.

3. He's a tad bit pushy (literally)...

This is a huge warning sign he's being a 'Chad.' Violence is not the answer, so if he shows early signs of being a bit pushy -- again, refer to number 2 (Boy Bye). A calm, level-headed guy is out there some where, so bypass the 'Chad.'

4. He tries to show off in front of other guys.... at your expense.

Ladies, this is not always fun, cute or flirty. This is sometimes him proving his masculinity and ego to others. You watched this episode, and you know you cringed for JoJo. Jojo had the right idea with the "aw..." [turns head] plan of action. This is the right move.

5. He insults you.

What is his deal? He's so sweet and flirty, then all of a sudden, "you're naggy?" He goes between compliments and insults. This is a warning sign because he's either showing off, insecure or he doesn't have an answer for your question. (Again, refer to number 2.)

6. He thinks of himself over the situation.

Please tell me you thought this was overly awkward too? The rose ceremony is the biggest part of each episode, and Chad is going to eat? This is a sign. If he thinks he's "too cool" for something you think is important, he's a 'Chad.' Not the time or the place to eat meat, Chad. [Sigh.]

7. He talks about your... er... physical attributes in public.

It's okay to compliment them once in a while, hey, we love to know we look good, but all the time and on camera? Please no. If he can only tell you the physical traits he likes about you,

Tell. That. Boy. Bye. (Thank you, Beyonce.)

8. He doesn't even think he's a nice guy.

Honestly, this is probably the biggest sign of them all. If he doesn't even think he's slightly nice, why should you? He's a 'Chad.'

So, next time you're out with your girlfriends, just enjoying a drink, count how many 'Chads' you encounter. Maybe even see how many warning signs he shows off in the first five minutes.

Better yet, make it a drinking game. Every time he 'Chads', drink... responsibly.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. Ever heard of “pain is temporary, but GPA is forever?” Pre-meds don’t just embody that motto; we live and breathe it. Here are 10 symptoms you’re down with the pre-med student syndrome.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.

One Book Made Me Question Existence In Its Entirety

"The Stranger" by Albert Campus touches upon many heavy elements... but not in the way you expect. Although it touches upon the aspects of death and love, it also deals with a hidden philosophy similar to that of nihilism.

The story follows the short life events of Meursault, a Frenchman whose carelessness for his actions eventually ends him in jail and dependent on a jury of people to judge the ethicality of his decision and the punishment that he deserves. He eventually gets the death penalty and all throughout he is nonchalant and almost apathetic towards his situation. He finally snaps when the prison sends a priest to him to absolve him of his sins and to cajole him in confessing to the lord.
