You consume food, but does food consume your life? Here are 8 signs your life revolves around eating.

1. You go to bed thinking of food.

Yes, you have eaten all day long. Maybe even right before you crawl into bed at night, however, you lay there keeping yourself awake because you're thinking of something else you could eat. Or even better, you're thinking about what to have for breakfast.

2. You wake up starving.

How is this possible when you ate right before going to bed. Obviously, it's time for breakfast. They do say it is the most important meal of the day...

3. You distract yourself in class.

You're sitting in class trying to pay attention, but all you can think about is what you are going to have for lunch. Any distraction in class isn't a bad thing, but daydreaming about food, that's even better.

4. You snack as a hobby.

Right when you finish a meal you're ready for something sweet or salty. Or maybe even both. Let's be real once you have one, you're probably going to want the other. You may even bring snacks with you because you know yourself and you want to be prepared.

5. You talk about food.

Eating is one thing, but you can never stop talking about food. You are always hungry, hangry, or craving something. And you will make sure everyone knows.

6. You look at pictures of food.

On the off chance that you are not eating something you turn to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, just to look. You also take the time to watch every food video as a reminder that you are probably hungry. And if you weren't, you are now. Maybe one day you'll actually try to make them.

7. You think of food at parties.

You are that person who wants to leave parties early because you only came out as an excuse to order late night junk food. Pizza, Garbage Plate? It is honestly a tough decision, but don't worry there's always tomorrow.

8. You plan your day around food.

Regardless of what you have going on, food is always a priority. You schedule classes and meetings around meal times and you go to things just for the free food. You never usually go to certain club meetings, but when there is free pizza...we all know where you will be.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
