I’m not the biggest fan of working out, so working out without music is nearly impossible. Seriously, if I forget my headphones I’ll turn around and go home. Now I could spend hours trying to create the perfect workout playlist, but I’ll probably end up spending more time creating it than I would actually use it to work out... and considering I love so many sub-genres of electronic music I wouldn’t even know where to begin.
Luckily, I don’t have to. Nothing is better than pressing play once and not having to touch your phone again, especially for the hour or so you spend pushing yourself at the gym or out on a run. Sets and mixes are my go-to when working out. Being a huge electronic music fan, I listen to a lot of sets, but I thought I’d share a few of my absolute favorites. They range from trap to house, to dubstep, and even trance. Like I said, I like a lot of subgenres. Some are recent and some go back to 2013, but a good set never gets old.For my fellow Trap lovers
