Every time I go to a country concert, I fall more "head over boots" for country music. If you take a moment to gather in your surroundings, you can see that everyone is vibing with one another and you can sense a shared love for getting lost in Margaritaville...

As country music is blaring through the speakers, you can see country music fans getting amped at the thought of taking a back road with the windows down and the music cranked up loud. You can easily tell that these people enjoy an ice cold beer on a Friday night and a pair of jeans that fit just right.

You're not at just some ordinary concert. No, you've just entered red cup country.

Fill your cups up and let's proceed to party.

Here are 8 reasons why country red cup country dominates the concert scene:

1. Country tailgates

You can meet some of the rowdiest people at tailgates. Country tailgates are no exception. The epitome of "American Kids" is having a large truck, an American flag, cornhole, beer pong, and beer—

lots and lots of beer.

2. The outfits

You can spot a country music fan from a mile away. How? Just look at their outfit. A dead giveaway to spotting a country music fan is if they're wearing something 'Merica af, a bandana, cowboy boots, flannel, jeans, jean shorts, lace, camo, floral, a cowboy hat, or even a baseball cap. I think that about covers it.

3. The people

They love their country and country music. They're as free as bald eagles. With a 'living for today like there is no tomorrow' mentality, they are daring and spontaneous. Ultimately, they know they aren't here for a long time, but a good time. I can drink to that.

4. The beer

Did someone say beer? Beer and country music go together like Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. A match made in country heaven, right? Whether you sip on it nonchalantly, shotgun it, or bong it, as long as you have it, you're happy. What's even better is that the country singers love a cold one just as much as we do. Bottoms up, my friends. Let's drink to those who are saving our asses overseas.

5. The music

Must I say more? The music is spectacular. Whether it be about love, finding a tractor sexy, beer, or even a combination of it all, you know you're right there chugging...I mean, singing along.

6. Country boys

Let's all take a second and thank god for gracing us with Sam Hunt, Thomas Rhett, Luke Bryan, Jake Owen, Billy Currington, Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, Kenny Chesney, and plenty more. These guys know how to keep the party going and it also doesn't hurt that they're easy on the eyes.

7. Country girls

Carrie Underwood is one of the leading ladies of country music. Just like her, the other ladies of country music are bold, fiery, and unstoppable. They are drop dead gorgeous and have killer pipes. They too know how to keep the party going and how to strut their stuff.

8. Unity

Whether it be a slow or very meaningful song, country music fans have this sense of unity where they all come together. They bring out their phones to turn their flashlights on or sway with others to the song as if they've known each other for years.

I don't know about you, but all this country concert talk has me ready to go to another country concert so I can bask in its glory again. No matter how much I get, this will forever be true, I'm always craving you, country music.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.
