1. Love yourself because no one has your humor.

No one has that silly smile or that giggly laugh that comes out when someone tells a witty joke. Your humor is beautiful, never forget it.

2. Love yourself because no one has your kindness.

No one has the gentle compassion that you do when talking to others. Anyone can come to talk to you and you will welcome them with open arms. Your kindness is beautiful, never forget it.

3. Love yourself because no one has your loyalty.

No one is as dependable or as reliable as you. Anytime a friend needs a shoulder to cry on a hand to hold, they can come to you. Your loyalty is beautiful, never forget it.

4. Love yourself because no one has your honesty.

No one has such sincere advice and openness that brings so much to a friendship. Your honesty is beautiful, never forget it.

5. Love yourself because no one has your fun.

No one can bring the joy and happiness that you bring to a friendship. Your crazy, quirky qualities are what make your relationships exciting. Your fun is beautiful, never forget it.

6. Love yourself because no one has your authenticity.

No one is as genuine or as real as you. Your down-to-earth qualities create sincere, long lasting relationships that people will always cherish. Your authenticity is beautiful, never forget it.

7. Love yourself because no one is you.

No one has all your amazing qualities that make you special and unique. Loving yourself can be hard; people are always insecure about body image, talent, intelligence, popularity and so much more, they forget how goddamn amazing they are. But, even when times are hard you have to remember that you were put on this earth as you, and no one else. No one else can be you and you can't be anyone else, and you shouldn't want to be. You are kind, loyal, honest, fun, authentic, and special.

Love your qualities and love yourself.
