Fantasy In Lights at Callaway Gardens

Take a trolley ride through millions of lights to get into the Christmas spirit. The lights will be showing from Friday, November 13 through Saturday, January 2. Adult tickets range from $19-$28 depending on when you purchase them, so be sure to order ahead of time. They also have a rate for children.

Garden Lights, Holiday Nights at Atlanta Botanical Gardens

Stroll through the gardens as they are lit up with a magical lighting display. The lights are showing November 14 through January 9 from 5-10pm. Adult tickets range from $23-$26 and children’s tickets range from $17-$20.

Holiday in Lights at Centennial Olympic Park

Walk through the park and see how it is transformed by Christmas lights. The lights are up from November 21 through January 3. This display is completely free.

Magical Nights of Lights at Lake Lanier

Drive through a twinkling light tour and stop by at the Holiday Village. The lights are set up from November 27 through January 3. Adult tickets vary from $17 to $28 and children’s tickets vary from $10 to $17 depending on the day you choose to go.

Holiday Light Spectacular at Atlanta Motor Speedway

Take a drive on the track itself and enjoy seeing the raceway lit up for Christmas. This light show is from November 22 through January 4 from 6-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6-10 p.m .Friday through Sunday and on the holidays. The price varies from $15-$20 per car.

Enchanted Garden of Lights at Rock City

Walk along the enchanted trail of Christmas lights at Rock City. The lights will stay up from November 20 through January 2 from 6-9 p.m. Tickets pricing ranges from $19.95 to $22.95 for adults and from $11.95 to 12.95 for children.

A Country Christmas of Lights at the Rock Ranch

Hop aboard The Rock Ranch Christmas Express Train ride featuring falling snow, snowflake tunnel, and a dancing Christmas lights show. These Christmas lights are showing December 11, 12, 18, 19, 21, and 23. The price varies depending on what you choose to do. The basic price, which includes a wagon ride through Christmas farm lights, only costs $5. Prices go up from there.

Lights of LIFE at Life College

Drive through the magical display of lights on the Life University campus. These lights are available to view from November 26 through December 31 from 6-10 p.m. The cost is $5-$10 per car, depending on the date you choose to go.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
