Life gets hard. You go 185 mph everyday, speeding into life, throwing yourself into 6 classes, 4 campus clubs, and 2 coffee drinks a day. Top it off with some roommates and friends, and you've got yourself a packed schedule. Everyday, we are stuck to cubicles and desks, and sometimes we need a release. People are proud of what busy schedules they have, but if they fail to do an item on their "to-do" list it seems like they can't recuperate. Depression, anxiety, and obesity are now at all-time highs. Know that you are trying your best. Take a step back.
1) Sit on a bench: people watch & animal watch.
2) Take a picture & appreciate what is in front of you.
3) Drink something you like.
4) Play apps on your phone such as words with friends.
5) Doodle.
6) Pet an animal.
7) Sporadic dancing!
8) Watch the sunset.
