Spring Break is upon us and the end of the school year is approaching, so what better way to procrastinate than to watch some Netflix shows. If you are anything like me, you don't want to get invested in a show with seven seasons or watch "Grey's Anatomy" because Twitter ruined it for you. So, here are some light-hearted shows you can watch on Netflix that you don't have to invest too much time in.

1. Love

OK, this show is the quirky love story you need in your life. The third and final (crying real tears) season came out March 9 so perfect time to start watching Gus and Mickie figure the shitshow called love out. 10/10 recommend.

2. Everything Sucks

A newer show to the Netflix game. This show takes us back to the good ole 90s. The soundtrack is poppin' (I'm talking Oasis people) and the fashion is sub-par. It's an entertaining show that makes you happy you are out of high school but makes you miss the good ole times. 8/10 would recommend.

3. Big Mouth

OK, you might need a weird sense of humor for this one. It's about middle schoolers going through puberty, and it's so hilariously relatable I have watched it three times. Get ready for hormones and big mouths. 10/10 would recommend if you have a sense of humor. If not, get one.

4. Grace and Frankie

A great show. Two women have to move in with each other when their husbands decide to get married. Comedy gold! Jane Fonda is a star and Lily Tomlin makes you laugh non-stop. The family drama is iconic and if you haven't watched it (@ my roommate) for your own sake go right now. 11/10 would recommend.

5. Queer Eye

YAAS, QUEEN. Tagline for the ages. What a feel-good show. You wouldn't expect it, but if you are like me, you will cry every episode and watch the entire season in one sitting while your boyfriend plays Fortnite. Five gay men change straight men's lives for the better and everyone should watch asap. 12/10 would recommend.

6. Atypical

Another really good show you will watch in a weekend. It follows a boy who is on the spectrum and his family. Fun and informing. You can't help but fall in love with the main character Sam and go through his journey with him. 9/10 would recommend.

7. Santa Clarita Diet

Drew Barrymore. Do I need to say anything else? Some low-key zombie action and a really confused husband calls for entertainment if you ask me. 7/10 would recommend.

8. The End of the F***ing World

If the trailer seems weird its because it is. But it is worth watching and falling in love with these messed up characters. No spoilers but if there isn't a season 2 and I don't find out what happens to you know who after you know what... I will be pressing charges. 9/10 would recommend.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?

Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies. Here is a few signs that you may live in the library, whether you'd like to admit it or not.
