2. The Potter House
On the corner of Route 6 and Potter Road, there used to stand a house. That is, it stood there until someone set fire to it. This is the supposed site of a murder-suicide. In the late 1970s, a family lived there and the father murdered his wife, kids, and eventually killed himself. It is said the house was stained with blood and that no one was able to live in the house for long periods of time from then on. Stairs would creak as if someone was coming down them, objects would fly around the house and smash into the walls, and cabinets would often fly open. Voices would be heard and dark figures would be seen in the field around the house.
3. Bowling Green Manor
This is a nursing home that is still up and running today. It is said to be haunted by many spirits, but, in particular, there are two children who haunt the nursing home. He runs up and down the halls and likes to play tricks on the residents. Items have been hidden, doors will lock, lights and televisions turn on and off, and strange noises have been heard. Alarm clocks shut off, refrigerators open sometimes, spoiling the food inside, and electronic devices have been unplugged. Some residents have reported a knocking on their door only to answer to no one.
7. Eva Marie Saint Theater In University Hall

If Alice is not invited to the performance, the shows can experience both minor problems and larger disasters.. A light must be left on in the theater at all times as well.
8. Chi Omega House
Although this house no longer stands, the legend of Amanda still remains. She was believe to be a pledge in the 1940's-50's who was accidentally killed during an initiation at a railroad track. A room labeled "Amanda's Room" was a hot spot of activity. Things regularly disappear from the room and reappear in the utility room. A closet locks by itself. The girls leave a spot for Amanda in the group photos. The class of 1986-87 did not and their picture routinely falls off the wall.
