8 Self-Care Tips To De-Stress Your Life
Wall Paper

As college students are lives are full of tests, papers, readings, and constant studying. But within our busy lives, we need to remember to take care of ourselves. Here are just a few tips on how you can de-stress.

1. Exercise.

Every time you either go on a run or even just go on a walk, your body releases these amazing energy-boosting chemicals endorphins.

2. Meditate.

Breath in......breath out. Relaxed now?

3. Put on your favorite face mask and watch a movie.

Cozy up in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine. What could be more relaxing?

4. Organize your life.

Schedule in some R&R time for yourself, write out everything you have to do by the hour and it will help de-stress your life tremendously.

5. Take a bubble bath.

Throw in a bath bomb from Lush, light some candles, and play some relaxing music.

6. Hang out with your friends.

Have your own private dance party and jam out to your favorite song with your friends. Trust me; it's the highlight of my day when my friends and I do this.

7. Eat well.

8. Take a nap.

Make sure you're getting at least 7-9 hours of sleep a night which I know is difficult being a busy college student. Even throwing in an hour nap within your schedule can help jump start the rest of your day.

You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.
