Does anyone else live in a TV world when they are all alone and bored in the summer and winter off-months? I am not always attached to my television screen, but when I am it tends to be something that I really don't care to watch, but there's nothing else on the TV to actually enjoy watching.

I hear time and time again, actually, I hear daily that "there's nothing good on tonight." That's true. There's nothing ever good on, except Monday's and Tuesdays, which are my dance show days. But besides that, there's nothing out there in the TV world that gets me excited anymore. It's definitely not like how it used to be -- with all of these shows making a breakthrough into many of our lives. The problem is now half of these amazing shows have been cancelled. We have a couple of good things left to salvage. That's dance competition shows, "Grey's Anatomy" and trashy reality TV (that's not a whole lot, and they aren't as good as they used to be anyway).

Here are some amazing TV shows that have been off the air for too long and deserve a reboot season.

1. "That's So Raven"

Do I even need to explain why this show needs to come back? It was the first Original Disney Channel show that pushed the boundaries with issues of race and body image. This has always been one of my favorites and one of America's favorites. Bring it back please. Oh snap.

2. "The Proud Family"

This is another Original Disney Channel show that pushed many boundaries with added humor and amazing characters that everyone fell in love with, and to top it all off, it was a cartoon, and who doesn't love cartoons?

3. "The Amanda Show"

OK this is the last of the "kids" shows. If you haven't seen "The Amanda Show," you did not live as a child, and if you did, you must have been living under a rock (Spongebob joke). This show packed a punch with its insane jokes and crazy characters that honestly could make you laugh until you peed your pants. "Amanda please" come back.

4. "Sabrina The Teenage Witch"

If you are younger than 16, you can leave. I love this show. So much. Many of us younger girls loved it and if you were a teenager and watching this when it aired, you too must have been a teenage witch. This was just a good sitcom that had a little extra special in it. Also, I'm sorry to any parents that had to go out and buy a black cat for those TV-obsessed teens.

5. "Charmed"

This wasn't a show for everybody, but it was a show for me and my cousins. They got me attached. Granted, I was overly obsessed with Sabrina, and when there was another witch show out there I was destined to watch it. This show really taught some amazing lessons about fighting for your family to come out on top. I should also add that it's the longest female-run show in history. It was and is amazing and needs to come back.

6. Ghost Whisperer

This one is on the newer scale of off-aired amazing television shows. Jennifer Love-Hewitt is like ultimate goals and she truly helped add fuel to the fire with these supernatural themed television shows. I hope this one makes some sort of a comeback just because it was so different than the others.

7. "7th Heaven"

Oh this show. It just warmed my heart. Always. Everyone wanted to be Beverly Mitchell. I sure did. I mean look at her. She's perfect. This show had so much heart and just like Raven, the show dealt with real issues in time in a family-mattered-first way and always made it through in the end.

8. "Friends"

Now "Friends" was never one of my absolute favorites, but I could still sit down and watch it and love it. You cannot resist Monica and Rachael's friendship, can you?

This is the year of reboots of amazing shows; we have "Fuller House," the new "Gilmore Girls" coming soon, and I believe it's time for one or all of these to come back as well. I know that there are plenty more that I missed, but I don't want to bore you with a long list when you could be going onto YouTube to watch some old clips of these shows. Happy watching!

Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.
