There are times in our lives that we meet people that make a lasting impression. One couple has been influencing the lives of those around them for many years. Mr. & Mrs. Pace have been married for 77 years.

Sometimes it takes a story of other peoples lives for something to click inside and make sense.

In our day and age, love and marriage are such a misconstrued concept. Seeing two people who conquered so many years of marriage together is an inspiration for all. It's hard for us to think that we could have found that someone at age 23 and next thing you know it's been100 years together. An entire lifetime with someone special.

One great thing about life is meeting people and learning from them. From this wonderful couple we can learn that love is real and it's true. No it's not always easy but it's worth it to have that someone by your side. Someone to take you to your hair appointment every week with a smile on their face and to care for you like no one else can.

When asked what the secret to their life together is, Mrs. Pace's response is one of finding balance between the two people and their personalities. Having someone who helps compliment you in positive ways and helps you two grow as better people is all you can ask for in a relationship.
