The roots of countless words are not only used everyday within experiments and studies, it spans from medicine to botany. From middle school classrooms to professional labratories.

This is quite obvious, quid pro quo and all that.
4.Through Tests Such as the SAT, ACT and GRE
While it may seem like unnecessary language to learn, students who studied Latin overall score better on tests than their non-Latin counterparts.

Winding its way through many languages throughout history, the languages connections can be traced from Dutch to Malay, Old English to Sanksrit. A comprehension of a language which stems so far can only lead for a better understanding of the history itself.

All in all, while the language is long dead and could be considering unnecessary, the Latin language actually holds an important place in society and everyday life.
