Watching TV and seeing awesome (fictional) relationships is hard. There are so many great boyfriends that turn into husbands in the wonderful world of television. Here are a few TV boyfriends to look out for when you're in the ring of dating.

1. Jim Halpert

Basically the greatest boyfriend, fiancé, and husband ever. He cares about Pam more than anything and constantly goes out of his way to show her how much he loves her. He waited for her, even though it would've been easier not to, and his patience and complete adoration of her totally paid off in the end.

2. Marshall Eriksen

Marshall and Lily are #relationshipgoals. Everything Marshall does is for the benefit of Lily, but he knows that she is capable of doing things by herself. He empowers her, takes care of her, and loves her more than anything in the world.

3. Gilbert Blythe

Gilbert is a total dreamboat. Even when Anne hates him and wants nothing to do with him, he still pursues her and does everything in his power to show her how much he cares. While he does eventually get engaged to another girl, he breaks off the engagement and tells Anne "there could never be anyone for me but you."

4. Cory Matthews

Cory and Topanga; need I say more? After years of seeing her as the weird girl in his class, he asks her to be his girlfriend and blows every other high school boyfriend out of the water. Regardless of their breakups and bumps in the road throughout the show, Cory never fails to make Topanga's life better.

5. Derek Shepherd

Meredith drives him crazy for years. While she's busy being all dark and twisty, he desperately continues to love her. Even when he's with Addison, he's in love with Meredith. Regardless of how crazy she drives him, he is there for her and supports her and loves her until the end.

6. Rory Williams

The level at which Rory loves Amy is unmatched. He gave his life (multiple times) for Amy. He traveled across the universe and across timelines for Amy. Even when she seemed crazy to everybody else, he stood by her side and it turned out pretty well for both of them.

7. Hook

Hook will do anything for Emma-- including staying in the Underworld. He becomes a better man for her, and he always puts her first. No matter what situation they find themselves in, her needs come before his.

So when you find a really awesome guy who might be worth dating, think about whether or not they have the traits that TV's greatest boyfriends do, and have fun finding your perfect man!

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
