It's crazy to think that the first High School Musical film came out 11 years ago. After seeing the movie for the first time I immediately fell in love with Troy and Gabriella's relationship. Troy kind of set the bar pretty high for any guy I was to like in high school. He treated Gabriella like she was a queen and looked at her like she meant everything to him. It's been a whopping 11 years since the world was introduced to this iconic couple and I am still searching for my very own Troy Bolton.

Here is a list of some of the cutest moments these two shared over the span of my childhood.

1. The iconic 'T' necklace

Gabriella sported her boyfriend's initial around her neck before it was cool.

2. The rooftop dance scene

I still get a little teary-eyed whenever this song comes on when I'm listening to my throwback Disney playlist. I don't care how old I am. I will forever want to dance on a rooftop with my significant other as it is pouring down rain. I might just not want to do so on the roof of my high school.

3. When Troy reassured Gabriella that they were going to slay their performance of 'Breaking Free'

This was the moment where I knew that they were going to be the cutest couple in Disney Channel history. Gabriella leaves the scholastic decathlon early AND Troy leaves his basketball game in order to sing together. I don't think it gets any cuter than that folks.

4. When they finally kissed at the end of HSM 2

After waiting almost two whole movies filled with sexual tension from these two I remember screaming like an idiot with my friends when they finally kissed.

5. When they performed in their senior high school musical together and it was just about the cutest thing to ever happen.

They didn't even have to act like they were in love for their school's musical. It was pretty evident that these two were meant for each other.

6. When Troy drove 15 hours and 31 minutes in a broken down truck to surprise Gabriella at Stanford University.

Troy can do all of that and I get left on read and no reply to my Snapchats.

7. When Troy tells the whole school that he has chosen to go to school close to Gabriella.

This right here had me crying my 10-year-old little eyeballs out in the movie theater.

After reminiscing on all of these cute moments from our favorite couple from our childhood go out there and find your Troy or your Gabriella. And if you already have them I wouldn't recommend driving 15 hours and 31 minutes in a broken truck to go see them. But I do recommend singing a duet and sneaking onto a golf course together. Long story short, Troy and Gabriella will forever be relationship goals to anyone who grew up during the HSM era.

Sorority
Rebekah Lee

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
