Growing up in the early 2000s, Full House was always on tv as reruns. Between the amazing family dynamic, the amazing romance between Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky and the hilarious catch phrases, Full House was instantly one of my favorite shows. Now, as a self diagnosed foodie, I watch Full House in a different light. I have decided that the characters in the Tanner family are extremely relatable when it comes to their love of food.

1. When you find out Italian is for dinner

I don't know about anyone else, but I could live on pasta. Especially at college, I am constantly eating different kinds of plain pasta so I am excited when I get to go out to eat and have a normal meal.

2. When food is always on your mind

It is part of the job description as a foodie to always be thinking about food. Whether it is when you are going to be eating next or what restaurant you want to try, your life revolves around food.

3. When you realize there are no more cookies left

There is nothing more upsetting than when you are enjoying a bag of snacks and reach your hand in only to find out that there is nothing left in the bottom. Sometimes there are a few crumbs to hold you over but that's only if you're lucky. Time to get more!!!

4. When it is finally time for dessert

No matter how full I am, there is always room for dessert! I swear there must be a different compartment in my stomach for dessert.

5. When the potato chip companies fill the bag with mostly air

I think us foodies need to have a serious talk with chip companies. They need to figure out how to fill these large bags with more food... it's a serious rip off!

6. When you can't help eating the icing from the Oreos before the cookie

Like Michelle, I spent my childhood eating the icing before the cookie of the Oreo. Now I've matured to eating the cookie as a sandwich but the Oreo addiction is strong regardless of how you eat it.

7. When someone ate the last of your favorite flavor of ice cream

There is nothing worse than excitedly going into the freezer to find out that someone ate the ice cream you were saving. Please do not leave me with the empty gallon!!!

Full House has some underrated moments surrounding food. Between Michelle Tanner's addiction to snack food, Steve constantly raiding the fridge and everything in between, foodies are bound to find a scene they relate to.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
