Several churches and schools hold Fall festivals in October. With games, food, and prizes, it's guaranteed to be a fantastic time!

3. Ice Skating

It has just been announced that Railroad Park will be having an outdoor skating rink this year. This is not something we're used to here in Alabama. Go experience the crisp air blowing through your hair as you glide across the ice! Perfect for a date night with your special someone!

4. Zoolight Safari

This is has been around for years. Perfect for the whole family or a date night! Walk around and see the zoo decorated in Christmas lights!

5. Christmas Classics at the Alabama Theatre

The Alabama Theatre will be playing the Christmas classics starting December 9th with "White Christmas." The whole theater will be decorated with Christmas trees and lights to get you in the Christmas spirit! Don't wait, tickets are already on sale!

6. Christmas Light Sight Seeing

So simple, yet so fun. One tradition that I love. Riding in the car at night taking a tour of subdivisions to observe their Christmas decorations. There's something so relaxing about this. Could it be the welcoming aroma as each house is preparing to welcome family home for the holidays?

7. Disney On Ice

This is wonderful for the kids and the whole family! Enjoy watching your favorite childhood characters come to life on ice!
