RBF is a terrible ailment that affects so many of us. RBF is resting bitch face, a condition in which one's face always appears to be upset, grouchy or just down right bitchy. You probably don't even know you suffer from RBF until someone tells you. You're probably just going about your day, thinking about that yummy pizza you're going to have for lunch, but unfortunately, your face looks like you want to kill someone. If you have RBF, you can probably relate to at least one of these.

1. "You always look so angry."

I wasn't angry until you said that!

2. "You need to smile more."

Who walks around with a big smile plastered on their face anyways?

3. "You look scary."

5. "Are you ever happy?"

6. When you try to smile, it probably just looks like this:

7. You could be super excited about something, and still look like this:

The perfect poker face, all the time.

I've had to train myself to make a conscious effort to smile now. My cheeks actually hurt - I don't know how peppy people do this all the time. All jokes aside, I really am a nice person, and this really just is "my face."

Shout out to Da Vinci for the original RBF portrait.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone does not try to help their self before asking others. How can someone else be expected to help you if you do not first do that yourself? I'm all about helping those that need it when the time comes, however whenever someone does not even attempt to help him or herself first then that becomes a huge problem. As we all have learned, people tend to take advantage of us in one way or another. I am sure we all read this short story when we were younger and it follows that same principle:
