If you were born in the 90s, especially the late 90s, there are some things that today's kids will never know. They won't know how cool the Walkman CD players were or the stresses of having to take care of your Nintendogs and Tamagotchis. They also won't know how risky it was to trade snacks at lunchtime and that successfully trading your crappy snack for your friend's cool one meant you were a cool kid. And let's not forget about AIM, MySpace, paper fortune tellers we made, playing MASH to determine our future or the pens with eight different colors. We lived through one of the best times as children!

One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone does not try to help their self before asking others. How can someone else be expected to help you if you do not first do that yourself?
