1. "Drive your tractor to school day." And yes, the boys race them afterward.

2. Snow days only because the County can't clear off gravel roads.

3. Always being asked, "So you live on a farm?"

4. "Driving around" is what you do for fun. Literally.

5. Knowing every single person in your entire high school, knowing their parents and knowing what their dog's name is.

6. Half of your class being gone on opening day of hunting season because they're "sick".

7. And when people refer to BFE, they're talking about where you live. Because you do in fact, live in the middle of nowhere.

You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
