College. It's such a paramount decision. Which one should I attend? Which one is the best fit for me? Some people, including myself, chose to matriculate into an university, thinking that he/she will fall in love with the place. However, things tend to not go right sometimes, and you may end-up detesting your school. So, as a result, you decide to transfer. But, what signs should you lookout for that signify this? Here are the seven "red flags" to watch-out for:
1) You dread going back.
2) You feel "stuck."
3) You often wonder what your life would've been like at other colleges/universities.
4) You feel misplaced.
5) Everyday and everything is a struggle (even the little things).
6) Every little thing about your school triggers you.
7) You keep switching your major, thinking that it will fix how you feel, but it does not.
If you are currently experiencing these "symptoms," then you should consider transferring schools. Look at various options, such as other schools, community college, or take a break. If you don't know, it's okay. Don't worry, everything will workout!
