The magical place on earth that is open 24/7. Get all of your food needs here.

2. Garbage Plates

A messy plate of goodness available at so many food places. It's said that Nick Tahoe's is the best, though.

3. Clubs

Thursday nights are for the club.

4. Duck boots

Your closet isn't complete without a pair of the very popular LL Bean duck boots.

5. Class is still happening when it's snowing

White out conditions and class in the morning? Better bundle up!

6. Trips to Canada

If you're lucky enough to have your passport or enhanced drivers license, trips to Canada are an easy weekend getaway or day trip.

7. Crocs

Since I'm not from upstate NY, it seems like everyone on campus and around the area is wearing Crocs.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area.
