There are some days that come along when we can’t help but feel confused about what we’re doing in life. We may also feel lonely because we aren’t surrounded by several people like we might be used to. When these times come, our minds tend to wander to some sad and not good things. Instead of letting your mind roam, look at these scriptures and read even more into the Bible.

1. Isaiah 41:10

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

2. Psalm 23:4

“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”

3. Hebrews 13:5

“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’”

4. Matthew 7:7-8

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who ask receives; the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”

5. 2 Timothy 2:7

“Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you insight into all this.”

6. Isaiah 40:31

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

7. 2 Timothy 1:7

“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.”

So when you find yourself in times of confusion and loneliness, remember these scriptures and turn to them. You can do anything, you are loved, you are never alone, and you are enough.
