Recently, my boyfriend had purchased kick boxing gloves and a punching bag. At first, I saw it more of a workout for guys, but when he started getting me to kickboxer with him, it made a huge difference in my workout routine. Kick boxing comes with so many benefits and strengthens an individual's confidence and strength. While kickboxing I have noticed so many differences in my body mentally and physically, and here are some of those benefits:
