If you love music, you have probably heard of Justin Timberlake. If you love to laugh, you probably have heard of Jimmy Fallon. Have you ever heard Justin and Jimmy sing and laugh together? If the answer is yes, you already know and love everything about their bromance. If you have not, you’ll be in love with it soon enough.

1. They first bonded over nerves.

They met each other at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards. Justin was opening the show and Jimmy was hosting. Their first encounter came with many other firsts; Justin’s first performance on his own and Jimmy’s first time hosting the award show. Nerves filled them both yet they were able to keep each other calm before the start. The night ended up going well for them both and their friendship began.

2. They support each other.

Fast forward to the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards and Justin and Jimmy find themselves back again. Justin won the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award and got to accept it from Jimmy.

3. Their time spent at summer camp.

The two always flash back to their summers spent at Camp Winnipesaukee. Sharing a log cabin and making fun of their consular, Mr. Fletcher, the pair always had fun. Singing seemed to be one of their favorite activities while there and still is.

4. Saturday Night Live.

Whether it's Jimmy hosting and Justin as the musical guest or Justin hosting, the duo always finds a way to be on the show at the same time. Just about every appearance one of them has had on SNL, the other is right by their side. Lucky for all of us because we know that episode will not disappoint.

5. They are always making each other laugh.

No matter the situation, laughter never seems to leave their sides. It could be something as small as sliding jokes into an interview or making the other to break during a skit. There is never a dull moment when you’re watching them. You know their friendship is genuine when you see them trying to hold back the giggles but they just can’t.

6. Timberweek.

Timberweek was an unforgettable week in late night history if your fans of the two. An entire week of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon dedicated to Justin. He appeared on the show each night of Timberweek, bringing the fans a week full of endless laughs. Skits like “Real People, Fake Arms” and the start of “History of Rap” are ones that showed us that their bromance has escalated and we’ll forever be thankful.

7. “The Best Friend Challenge”.

And of course, “The Best Friend Challenge” they played just last week. It was a game where one would ask a personal question and other had to answer it. The two answered majority of the questions correctly, only missing one and giving us a good laugh about it. We learned that their favorite method of transportation is the tandem bicycle and that they would love to make a show about their adventures riding around together. Wouldn’t we all love a show like that?

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.
