1. I actually want to stay in shape
There's that 1% of people that workout just to stay in shape. No other reason..... just because they simply like it. I know i know it's crazy but it's true.
2. The college 15
Notice how I didn't say "freshman 15"..... yeah i'm gaining more weight my second year of college than i did my first year. The weight gaining never stops.
3. So I can eat food that actually tastes good
Cookies, cupcakes, chocolate, pizza..... none of that is good for you obviously. But running cancels out all of the junk, right?
4. BOYS
If this is not the main reason that most girls workout then i don't know what is. You're either running to impress one, running away from run, or running because one made you mad. They are the reason 9 times out of 10.
5. Wanting to look like a Victorias Secret Model
Every girl wants to look like a VS Angel and unfortunately the only way to get the bod is to hit they gym.
(Every girl after only running five minutes on the treadmill)
6. Having hot friends
We all have that one person in your group of friends that is literally a 10 and makes the rest of you look like 2's.
7. You're ridiculously bored
When You literally have nothing better to do so you go to the gym to waste time.
