7 Reasons You Should Go To Disney In The Fall

Disney is the happiest place on earth all year long, but it is possibly at it's highest peak of fun during the holiday season. In typical Disney fashion they tend to go all out for the season and it's truly a sight to behold. So with that in mind, here are seven reasons to go to Disney in the Fall.

1. Food and Wine

This special event, which lasts from September 14th to November 14th is definitely not one to miss. In addition to the great food you can get in the world showcase all year long, but for these two months they have many more additional countries and food/ drink choices that you don't want to miss.

2. The weather can be a bit more moderate

Though summer is a popular time to visit the parks, it is still Florida and the temperature can get into the 100's. Fall is a little bit cooler and a much safer time to go.

3. But it's still pretty warm

Since it is still Florida, it never gets too cold. Fall will usually still be in the 80's which still allows you to swim in the pool at the resort and visit the water parks.

4. Mickey's Not So Scary

This is an obvious one. For anyone who hasn't heard of this, it basically allows you to get dressed up in whatever costume you want and go to Magic Kingdom where you get to meet exclusive villains, see amazing, special shows and get handed free candy. Basically it's a can't miss event that you have to do at least once in your life.

5. Good time to avoid crowds

As mentioned above, summer is a very busy time at Disney, along with Christmas and Spring Break. But going in the Fall, especially during the week helps to avoid the groups that usually go during summers and school breaks.

6. Decorations!

Disney tends to go all out when it comes to celebrating holidays and Halloween is no exception! Magic Kingdom especially gets decked out in pumpkins and scarecrows galore.

7. Universal Halloween Horror Nights

Technically this isn't Disney but it is another great excuse to go to Orlando during September and October. There are tons of haunted houses for all of your favorite scary movies and TV shows. Not to mention Universal is decked out with haunted music and tons of creepy monsters wandering around just waiting to scare you. Horror Nights also provides a nice break from the Disney Atmosphere.

While I know Disney isn't the most affordable vacation, if you take the time to save up to go, then considering going in the Fall might make your vacation even more worthwhile!

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
