Season 1 of "Stranger Things" left viewers with so many questions that need to be answered in season 2

Netflix

If you're like me, you probably binge-watched all eight episodes of "Stranger Things" on Netflix in a weekend or more likely less. The only problem with that is now we all have to wait until season two comes out next year. But, I have so many questions that need answering.

****Major Spoilers Ahead****

Seriously, if you haven't watched "Stranger Things" yet, spend the next 8 hours doing it and then come back to this article.

1. Is Eleven Still Alive?

At the end of the season, we saw Eleven completely disintegrate before our eyes as she took out the Demogorgon. Usually, when someone disintegrates, they are normally dead and gone. But, this is science fiction where we are dealing with alternate realities and unknown creatures, so anything is possible.

Our biggest hint at Eleven's return is a scene where Hopper goes into the woods and places an Eggo waffle into a wooden box. As we all know, Eleven's favorite food is Eggo waffles, so this seems like an indicator of her return. But, this just raises more questions. Is that food for Eleven? If it is, why is she being fed out of a wooden box in December? What is Hopper hiding?

2. What Was Up With Will in the Bathroom?

The last scene took us to Will in the bathroom. He first coughed up a slug-like thing into the sink and then the bathroom changed to the upside down for a few seconds. Now, Will has been through a lot and it seems like he is still going through it. Is this just the start of Will's troubles? Will something even worse happen to him next season? I sure hope not. He's been through worse things in eight episodes than most people do in their whole life.

3. Where Did Those Guys in the Black Car Take Hopper?

After exiting the hospital, Hopper got into a creepy car with two guys who looked like stereotypical Government Agents. But, we didn't get to see where they took him or what they were up to at all. All we do know is that he did come back alive because we got to see him a month later. But, that car ride probably will have big ramifications in the next season.

4. Is There Any Chance That Barb Will Come Back?

Unfortunately, Barb died in Season one in the Upside Down and Eleven couldn't do anything about it. But, we saw Will come back to life there. Is there still hope for Barb? Because she didn't deserve any of that. Barb has to come back. Right?

5. Are There More Demogorgons?

We saw the Demogorgon disintegrate with Eleven at the end of the season. But, that can't be the only one from the Upside Down. That was a scary place and it seems like there are more dark creatures lurking about down there. Will we see more of these show up next season? Or maybe we will see something worse. I sure hope not.

6. Do Other Children Have Powers Like Eleven?

I'm assuming that there were 10 kids that came before Eleven because I'm sure that name was not chosen due to aesthetic. So, where are these kids? Will we meet them next season? There was no mention of any other kids with special powers, but there is a possibility that they exist. I think that we will get to see other kids with powers. Maybe Will will have some powers next season. Food for thought.

7. Is Steve Harrington actually Jean-Ralphio's Dad?

Finally, this is probably the most important question I have for season 2 of Stranger Things. The theory is that Steve is actually the father of Jean-Ralphio from Parks and Recreation. I saw the articles about this before I even saw the series. So, every time Steve was on camera, this was the only thing I could think about. This has to be confirmed nest season.

Is it 2017 yet?

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

For those long nights that turn into mornings when the struggle is real.

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

winter

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
