Finals week is upon us. Many college students are pulling all-nighters and producing paper after paper. I get it. Finals week brings out the worst in us, and while most of us are having stressed induced insomnia, we need a few things to wind down. Here are seven movies to watch to make finals week a little easier.

1. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.

It is SUCH a cute movie that tells every boy and girl not to hide their nerdy side.

2. Legally Blonde

This is SUCH a girl power movie. After Warren basically dumps Elle for the Harvard dream, she works her butt off to show him up without losing her femininity and ends up finding a hot, smart, and compassionate guy all the while kicking butt in the courtroom.

3. The Road to El Dorado

Such a fun movie that literally is any two best friends. Ever.

4. Hairspray

An easy to love musical that you can't help but sing along to.

5. High School Musical

Cause seriously, who didn't grow up with this Disney Classic?

6. Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Amazing superhero, tons of action, and Bucky Barnes. What could be better?

7. Pitch Perfect / Pitch Perfect 2

Okay, these two are so good to wind down on. Two easy movies to laugh with.

So go, my young ones. Rest your brain.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?

We all have that "I don't care" attitude.

1. Most students just take life day by day.

2. That means procrastinating, one day at a time.

3. College students don't mind dressing like crap sometimes.

4. In fact, dressing nice feels weird.

5. College students get so stressed that they contemplate dropping on a daily basis.

6. But most find another solution to deal with that stress.

7. And that solution can be pretty cheap. Anything over $5 is expensive.

8. One of the only things college students will spend money on is coffee.

9. College is just really expensive and you never forget how expensive it is.

10. But hey, we're getting a somewhat high-quality education, right?

11. We all really just want to pet dogs all day.

12. And eat pizza for every meal.

13. And stab the next person who asks us what we want to do with our life.

14. However, despite the stress and student loans, college is amazing and there's plenty of reasons to smile.

3. Make an appointment with the health center or at a doctor's office.

4. Stock up on soup and crackers.

5. If you are able to, go home.

You spend all day long in class and now realize you also have to spend the next few nights awake studying.

You take out your textbook and notes, but don't have the energy to actually read them.

You can’t focus, and your roommate suggests you go to the library.

You realize there are still over 50 pages left to read.

You reach the two-hour mark of studying and get delirious and want to give up.

You take a Netflix and snack break.

Your friends told you they were staying in with you to study, but they end up going out.

Your friends ask why you need to study instead of having fun.

Your friends send you pictures of them out having fun, but you're stuck in the library and want to run away.

You walk out of the test and realize staying in and studying was worth it because you definitely aced it.
