It is officially that time of year again. Every college student's worst nightmare, finals. I know how stressful and insane finals can be, but here are seven ways to help you college students get through this tough time.

1. Lots and lots of coffee.

To help you stay awake and alert.

2. Eat healthy.

Fruits and vegetables are a great way to help your immune system stay strong while studying all those long hours.

3. Don't over study.

Over studying can cause you to lose information because you're stressing yourself out so much. By over studying, your body will end up not retaining a lot of the information.

4. Have food delivered.

Food delivery is a great thing during finals because you can get food delivered right to your study spot instead of wasting time leaving to get the food. The more study time, the better!

5. Get enough sleep.

Not getting enough sleep can end up in bad results on your exams. Make sure you get at least eight hours of sleep the night before your exam so, you are ready to conquer that final.

6. Relax.

I know finals are a crazy stressor, but just remember, they will be over before you know it and you don't have to ever worry about that class again! So, instead of studying all day, take some time out of your day to just relax.

7. Remember, that a bad grade on a final isn't the end of the world.

A bad final exam grade may seem like the end of the world, but it really isn't. You've had the whole semester to get good grades, finals is just the last "hoorah." Usually, finals are only worth a small percentage of your overall grade anyway so, don't sweat it!

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
