Every teenager longs for their sacred 21st birthday. But, when the day finally comes, you are faced with a burning question: Where should I go to enjoy my new-found right to legally consume alcohol? Here are 7 places I think would be the best to go to when you finally turn 21.

1. EPCOT In Disney World

Disney World is the most magical place on Earth, so why wouldn't you want to spend your 21st in the theme park? EPCOT has several different countries for guests to walk through, each country features many alcoholic beverages that are common in each country. You could take a walk "around the world" and sample many beverages from each country with your friends or family.

2. A Cruise

Cruises are always a super fun vacation- imagine going to celebrate your 21st birthday. Cruises normally have delicious complementary alcoholic beverages on certain days of the vacation. If that's not enough for you, each port you visit will have fun and tropical drinks to enjoy legally.

3. Las Vegas

This would be an extreme way to celebrate your 21st, but I just couldn't leave it off this list.

4. Cinebistro

This high-end movie theater chain, located in several different cities around the country, offers gourmet dinners, cocktails, and wine you can enjoy while watching a new film. This would be a great way to have a laid-back, yet special 21st birthday.

5. A Concert

Going to your favorite artist's concert or any fun concert to celebrate your 21st birthday would be a ton of fun. You can purchase alcoholic beverages and dance with your friends while enjoying the music.

6. A Professional Sporting Event

If you are into sports, attending your favorite NFL, NBA, or MLB team's game would be a great place to buy some drinks, cheer on your team, and celebrate your 21st.

7. Your couch

Buying some ice cream and wine while chilling on your couch with your friends, is always a great option if you don't feel like planning anything and just want to enjoy your birthday simplistically.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way. It’s finals, the dreaded time of the semester when we all realize we should have been paying attention in class instead of literally doing anything else but that. Everyone has to take them, and yes, unfortunately, they are inevitable. But just because they are here and inevitable does not mean they’re peaches and cream and full of rainbows. Surviving them is a must, and the following five phases are a reality for all majors from business to art, nursing to history.
