I'm writing this as I'm making my own personal list of shows to binge-watch. I make my list differently, separating it by broadcast networks. This time it's the CW's turn. I think the best news about watching shows from this network is that they are all available on Netflix, the greatest essential in binge-watching. Now what's on the list? Let's get started.
1. Arrow
This show is based off of the DC Comics. Oliver Queen is a "billionaire playboy" who got shipwrecked and was thought to be dead until he showed back up 5 years later. However, he was no longer himself. With a new perspective of the life around him, he creates his vigilante identity -- "Arrow" -- to clean up the societal wrongs in his home of Starling City.
The latest five episodes are available on The CW's site and Hulu, and the first three seasons are available on Netflix.
2. iZombie
Liv Moore is now a zombie. And what do zombies do? Eat brains. So she gets a job at the coroner's office and eats the brains of the bodies who end up in the morgue. The twist? She discovers that she retains some of the memories of the brain and uses it to help a detective solve murder cases.
The show's latest five episodes are available on The CW's site and Hulu, and the first season is available on Netflix.
3. Jane the Virgin
As you can guess by the title, Jane is a virgin. Jane, however, ends up pregnant. But wait, she's still a virgin. Now how does that one figure? Guess you have to watch to find out.
This show is basically a Spanish telenovela but in English; and it's great. With a new twist at almost every corner, a comedic Jaime Camil, and witty narrator, this show keeps you on your toes and laughing all episode long.

4. Reign
If you're looking for historical accuracy about Mary Queen of Scots, I'd go watch a documentary instead of this. However, if you're just looking for a drama set in an old era (1500s to be exact), then this show is perfect for you. It follows Mary's rise to power through treacherous events and love scandals, all with the historic royal glory.

5. The 100
Prior to the beginning of the show, a nuclear bomb destroyed Earth's civilization, and the only survivors were those who were on space stations before the war even began. Ninety-seven years later, the space stations are running low on resources and becoming unsustainable for so much life. A hundred juvenile delinquents are sent back to Earth, their mission being to see if the Earth is stable for life again. However, surviving becomes complicated, not because of the Earth's atmosphere, but because of the people who unexpectedly survived the nuclear apocalypse.
The first two seasons are available on Netflix, and the most recent five episodes are on Hulu and The CW's site.
6. The Flash
This is another show based off of DC Comics. "The Flash" is about this genius and geeky investigator who was struck by lightning and woke up 9 months later with the power of super speed, which he uses to help fight crime in Central City. There's also a couple of cross-overs from "Arrow", including the Green Arrow himself and Felicity Smoak.
The most recent five episodes are available on The CW's site and Hulu, and the first season is on Netflix.
7. The Originals
This show is a spin-off of the hit series, "The Vampire Diaries". Set in New Orleans, "The Originals", follows the -- you guessed it-- original vampire family as they set to regain control of their hometown of New Orleans, a city they helped build.
I've only seen a few episodes of the first season, but from what I saw it was really good and I look forward to catching up on what's happening in this drama filled vampire/witches/werewolves world.
