While some have been stressed with school and work, others traveling for the holidays, or trying to find the perfect gifts for their families-- I think it's safe to say that the holidays are a time for everyone to take a break and relax and just do nothing. Instead of doing absolutely nothing, take into account all the great and binge-worthy shows that you can get hooked on during your vacation.

Here's seven of the best shows to binge watch over winter break:

1. "One Tree Hill"

Nothing like the Scott brothers to heat you up during this cold time of year, am I right?

Grey’s Anatomy

A classic to binge watch. You get so invested in not only the characters and their lives, but the patients and their stories as well.

Stranger Things

This Netflix original has been quite the hit this year. A few jump scares at times but join Eleven and her closest guy friends on their journey to find their missing friend, Will.

Fuller House

The same house, the same daughters, but with a new generation. Season two just came out on Netflix.

Friends

Another classic. Friends used to be one of those shows that I would watch when it was on, but once I watched it all the way through from beginning to end it became impossible to stop. Who needs Christmas carols when you can sing along with Phoebe to “Smelly Cat?”

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life

It’s back! After almost ten years being off air, a Gilmore Girls reprise has happened. There may only be four episodes, but man are they good ones.

The Office

It’s just one of those shows that you can watch a thousand times and still laugh over and over again. Not to mention just how cute Jim and Pam are.

It's officially December. There is less than a month of 2024, and I still feel like yesterday was summer. Now comes the merriest time of the year, the Christmas season.

Everyone has been waiting for this time of year since mid-October (which is way too early, in my opinion) or before. It's a time of love, family, memory-making, and gift-giving. A lot of times when I ask friends and family what they want, I get a lot of "I don't know" or "I don't care."

Bucket List To Live In The Now

Find excitement in your life and start exploring wherever you are right here, right now.

mu bucket list

I was sitting at my cubicle, now that I am an adult, looking at the rain pouring down on the windowsill, bumming on life, wishing for the rain to just stop for a full day.

There are moments where we count down the hours until work is over and how many more days till the weekend, and this many weeks until something exciting. Or something like that? Well, I was bumming because my next day off from work is not until Memorial Day weekend, which is not until the end of May. And since this is my first year out of college being a “real person,” I am totally missing the winter, spring and summer breaks. I am sure all of us have felt this way even if just for a hot minute…

If you go to or went to Kent State, then more than likely you have done or will do some of these things.

1. You’ve slipped and fallen on the ice at least once.
