7 Annoying Things About Summer

As summer comes to an end and we head back to school, we reminiscence on the good times we had over these past few months. To make the transition easier, here are the seven most annoying things about summer.

1. Bugs

Bees, mosquitoes, ants, and just bugs in general are more prominent in the summer months. Not to mention, they're also more apt to sting or bite you.

2. When it's too hot

No one likes sweating just from walking outside or having melted make up run down their face. Sometimes it's just plain too hot to go outside in the summer so you stay in the air conditioning and feel like you've wasted a whole day.

3. Sunburns

From peeling, to being in pain, to uneven tan-lines, they just really suck.

4. Sunscreen

In order to avoid the dreaded sunburn, you have to load up on the sunscreen. No one likes being all lathered up or smelling like sunscreen throughout the day.

5. Everything is hot

Whether it be your car (and everything inside of it), metal benches, picnic tables, or even the ground, almost everything gets way to hot in the summer

6. Things melt

No kid wants a melted ice cream cone and no adult wants a melted outdoor appliances.

7. Waiting all year for next summer

Even with its annoyances summer is loved by everyone and we all look forward to it the closer we get to the end of the school year.

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
