In this day and age, it's pretty hard to do things with our time that don't involve the fancy high tech gadgets of the 21st century that break our necks, give us bad posture, and horrible social skills, and it's not because these other things aren't as fun as these technological gadgets. It's because we've become to caught up and consumed by technology and media- most of it being useless- that we forget how much is out there in the world, offline.

1.Go outside

2.Go for a run.

3.Go for a long bike ride.

4.Go for a walk.

5.Take a hike.

6.Go kayaking.

7.Sailing.

8.Go to a lake.

9.Take a trip to the beach.

10. Build sandcastles at the beach.

11. Go Geocaching.

12. Play volleyball.

13. Play corn hole.

14. Go swimming.

15. Play soccer.

16. Shoot some hoops.

Even if you suck at it.

17. Start a garden.

18. Walk your dog.

19. Don’t have a dog? Play with your pet.
