As much as I wish there was something I could do or say to make the pain stop for you right now there isn't, but these are a few things I have found to make the breakup a little easier.

Breakups are so hard, however you are strong enough to overcome it!

Delete him from social media.

This one is extremely hard it is natural to want to keep up with him after the breakup, but I am telling you it will feel a lot better not knowing what he is doing constantly. I am a huge believer it out of sight out of mind!

Get rid of everything he gave you.

If you have his clothes all around or are constantly seeing pictures of him around your room you will constantly be reminded of what you lost which is not healthy. I do not want you to think by me saying this that you should throw all of his stuff away because that's not the case, but I do think you should put it all in a box and set the box away for a while.

Keep yourself busy.

You will most likely want to just lay in bed all day feeling sad, but I think it's better to keep yourself busy so you don't have to think about him all the time.

Work on yourself.

The best thing about a breakup is you have a chance to focus on yourself. This is the chance to really love yourself!

Don't rush through the break-up phase.

Everyone moves on at different paces, the key is to not feel pressure to move on earlier than you are ready. Take this time to do your thing, but don't let yourself rush through because you feel like you need to be over the breakup.

Surround yourself with the people who love you.

When going through a breakup it's common to feel like you are alone, but if you surround yourself with the people who love you its easier not to feel alone.
