While I wait for season 2 of Atypical, I decided to apply some quotes and scenes to the 6 types of people you may meet in your lifetime.

1. The homebody friend

If you try to find the simplest reasons to stay home (i.e., "you have terrible snacks"), you can definitely relate. You'd rather stay at home than go out and be productive. Maybe lowkey hangouts are more your forte than going places and doing things.

2. The over-dramatic friend

This friend might have a mental breakdown at the drop of a pen on a daily basis. Everything may seem like the end of the world to them. For example, if someone breaks their heart, they might slit the throat of a stuffed penguin on their front lawn...

3. The girl-crazy friend

This is the friend you may have that always tries to get laid, gets laid, and talks about getting laid. Interactions with females on a romantic and sexual level are their expertise.

4. The boy-crazy friend

This person probably cares about boys way more than they should. Boys are a popular topic of conversation whether its encounters they've had themselves or stories they've heard from others. This person thinks about boys every waking second and never gets bored of it.

5. The organized friend

Everyone knows someone who is totally organized. They keep a calendar and a planner and they're always making lists. This person is punctual, prepared, and knows exactly what they're doing... or doing a good job looking like they know what they're doing.

6. The overtly honest friend

This type of person is going to give it to you straight every time you ask them for advice. This is both a blessing and a curse because they have no filter. Proceed with caution.

It is that time of year again. Christmastime. It is one of my favorite seasons for a myriad of reasons. Here are just a few reasons why I love Christmas. This list is in no order of importance.

1. The Christmas decorations

I am that person who will decorate directly after Thanksgiving is over. This year, my roommates and I put the tree up in our apartment before we even left for Thanksgiving break. It is a great stress reliever for me to just sit in my living room and work on the huge amount of work I have before the semester is over.

Mistakes are something we all make, no matter how old we get. Most of the time, the mistakes we made are little and sometimes due to something out of our control. Yet, there are mistakes that are bigger than others. Personally, I have mistakes that I wish I could go back and undo. Here they are:

5 Things To Do That Are Better Than Writing A Paper

Don't waste your time trying to write that paper when there are so many more interesting things you could be doing.

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
