6 Types Of Guys You May Encounter On Dating Sites
Steven Ward TV

Dating used to be so much simpler back then. Men were gentleman and when a guy liked you, he'd ask you to go steady. Now with the evolution of dating, expanding to online, dating has become much more complicated. There are so many different types of guys that you'll encounter in the dating world.

1. Shirtless Guy

We've all seen the profile of just a guys body, with no face and no shirt. No girl wants to find their potential partner who's obsessed with his body. Even though a hot bod is a plus, we want to see your face not how much muscle you have or how often you work out.

2. Is He Single?

We've encountered the guy who has a girl with him in his pictures. It makes you question who this girl is. Is it a friend, girlfriend, or ex or maybe even his sister. This is such a turn-off and makes you not want to even message this person.

3. The Douche-Bag

A picture is worth a thousand words, so if you look like a douche-bag you're mostly likely one. Not everyone who looks like one is a douche-bag but most of them are, so stay clear of them.

4. The Hookup

We've all got the message of do you wanna hook up. This explains why these guys are single. No girl just wants to have sex with you and then just move on. Girls go on these sites to find someone to potentially date, not bang.

5. The "Nice" Guy

We all have struck up a conversation with a guy and thought that he was super nice. You think that he might be your new bf but then he shows his true colors. These are the kind of guys you need to watch out for.

6. Sex Obsessed

This is the most common type of guy you may encounter. The one who is so obsessed with getting laid, he'll do anything to get in your pants. He's the one who asks the weirdest things and may even have a weird fetish. The one who will just come out and ask you to sleep with them.

These are the types of guys that I've encountered in the online dating world. One day you'll find your prince charming and when you do, you'll know why it didn't work out with these guys. I wish every girl seeking for a guy good luck out there.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
